About Viren

Dr Viren Patel was born and raised in the Chicagoland area. After graduating dental school, he did a residency in Indianapolis where he met his wife. Dr Viren Patel started his own dental practice in downtown Chicago and grew it to the largest dental office in downtown Chicago. That growth got the attention of several private equity companies and DSO's. Ultimately, he had an exit in 2017 where he sold to PE. From 2017-2020 he worked for PE where he further learned his business and entrepreneur skills. Today, he is the CEO/Owner of Smile Obsession, a multisite dental company located throughout the Chicagoland area. He currently resides in the Chicago suburbs with his wife, two kids, and two dogs.
